Nimoa language

Love poem translated into Nimoa (Rifao, Saisai, Panawina, Sabal, Nimowa, Western Point, Panatinani, Sabari). This translation is exactly in Saisai dialect.

Nimoa is an Austronesian language, Western Oceanic, which is classified among the south east Nimoa languages of the Papuan Point language group. For all of its dialects, it is a language that is still very much alive, with perhaps 1,200 speakers.

Saisai, a Nimoa dialect, is spoken on the island of Nimoa, which is located in the province of Milne Bay, in Papua New Guinea.

And more precisely, the small island of Nimoa (3.5 km2), is part of the Pana Tinani island group, of the Louisiade archipelago. It was discovered at the end of the 18th century.

Currently on this island, around 400 people live in small villages.
