Fourau on the island of Malaita

Little love poem translated into Fourau, a language which comes from the island of Malaita, part of the Solomon Islands.

For further information, Fourau is the language spoken by the three tribes of the Fourau village (the Holu fera), in the Ata'a district.

The coastal communities of Ata'a live near mangroves. The ocean, with a few culture, provides them all they need.

Some hunt dolphins, for their meat and for their teeth.
